Building Services Manager

Are you seeking your next challenge or step up in career? A medium sized RP based in West London are seeking a building services manager.

Reporting into the director of property services you'll be responsible for the leadership and management of the building services team providing M&E expertise to Asset Management & Development teams.

You'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring the delivery of M&E repairs and planned major works including reinvestment.
• Managing M&E budget circa £3 million
• Lead on specialist projects, such as communal boiler replacements
• Specification writing
• Management of gas servicing, electrical inspection, fire equipment contracts

The ideal candidate will previous experience of working within social housing, strong contract management skills and have significant engineering experience. Applicants also need to demonstrate proven staff management experience as well as IT systems knowledge.
