I am working alongside a dynamic and forward thinking Construction & Project management consultancy's in the North West who are looking for a Project Manager to compliment their team of professionals in their Manchester office and take a leading role to deliver an high profile, Higher Education as well as the opportunity to work on other major projects ranging from £100k - £50m. This is the perfect role for a Project Manager to progress and excel within their career and enjoy more autonomy and accountability across your projects.

The ideal Project Manager will have up to three years' experience within construction and project Management. Exposure to delivering on projects from Higher Education/and Education Public schools as well as commercial new build projects would be preferable. Experience in running construction projects from RIBA stage 0 -7; early stage feasibility, design and procurement, and construction with an holistic approach to construction project management. You will enjoy working in a fast- paced environment, have full autonomy over projects which will push you to your true potential. Prioritising your workload alongside meeting deadlines is essential to succeed in this position.
