Beach Baker is delighted to be retained by a highly established Licence and Leisure chain who is looking to recruit an experienced in-house Project Manager. This company, established over 20-years ago, currently occupy over 150-premises across the UK and are looking to further expand their operational sites during the next five years.

This dynamic organisation is going through an exciting period of growth which involves the fit-out of new sites (roughly 20-per year). The successful candidate will be joining a small but very active and close-knit building/estates team. You will be responsible for the capex budget of c£20m and ensuring all projects are completed on time and to budget.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years relevant experience ideally managing Licence or Leisure projects (but not essential) working for a contractor, consultancy or client-side organisation from PM or QS background. You must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and being 'hands on' managing site managers and trades staff.
