Senior Building Surveyor - Ref: #6490
An industry leading property consultancy based in Birmingham city centre are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their well-balanced building consultancy team.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be given the opportunity to work on a wide variety of properties throughout Birmingham whilst carrying out the full-remit of traditional building surveying competencies.
As the successful Senior Building Surveyor will have uncapped career progression and will be designed a career development plan to help progress towards directorship.
The Role of the Successful Senior Building Surveyor will include;
- Schedules of condition
- Contract administration
- Schedules of dilapidations
- Pre-acquisition and due-diligence surveys
The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will have;
- Ideally MRICS
- MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
- Experience within a commercial private practice
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
In Return, the Successful Senior Building Surveyor will receive;
- £37,500 - £50,000
- 25 days holiday
