A niche, highly skilled Construction Consultancy based in the West End requires an Associate level Quantity Surveyor to join their professional team. Currently the team is made up of 35 qualified Surveyors who are now looking to expand as a result of sustained success.

The role

Fund / Bank Surveyor working specifically for Banks and Funding Organisations, where you will be the eyes and ears of the funder to ensure that the costs, programme etc are all on line as per what the Developer has told them. You will have your own portfolio of deals to manage where you will be liaising with the Clients and developers. You will be required to attend site once a month to produce the report for the funder.

Working on intricate projects, the consultancy requires highly qualified and ambitious Surveyors to join the practice. There will be a steady pipeline of projects to work on with a total value of £1bn nationally with a view to increasing this through a 5yr plan. A current project the team is overseeing is a Developer’s £65m mixed use scheme providing 300 high end apartments as well as art gallery, restaurant and retail space on the banks of the Thames.

Requirements

You will be a Chartered Quantity or Building Surveyor, ideally having gained experience working closely with banks and funds previously, though this isn’t essential.

Remuneration

You will receive;

Above market rate salaries – up to £80,000

Bonus scheme

Pension

Flexible working

This is one of the most interesting and highest paid roles in London’s construction consultancy market right now so for an informal discussion about this role please contact Tom Wentworth Waites on 0203 930 8612, or apply for the role by sending us your CV.
