On behalf of my client, I am on the lookout for someone to lead the office and build a fun but successful team around them. They have had another profitable year over in Manchester as a company and now have plans to nearly double their 25 strong staff force over the next 3 years so this is a mouth watering opportunity.

Salary on offer:

£45,000 - £65,000

Some of the key duties:

·Offer the full amount of Development and Project Consultancy services
·Grow the business in the Yorkshire market
·Carry out key duties of a Chartered Building surveyor in the highest of standards

Essentials:

·Chartered RICS Membership or MCIOB Qualified
·Experience in Project Development / Building Surveying
·Strong knowledge of the local market
·Hungry for success
