The Technical Services team is responsible for providing professional advice and project delivery in relation to the alteration, refurbishment and maintenance of Worthing Borough Council and Adur District Council’s diverse property portfolio, as part of a shared service. This comprises operational and non-operational premises including commercial and civic buildings, theatres, a crematorium, multi-storey car parks, leisure sites and the council’s housing stock (Adur Homes).  As a member of this hardworking and dynamic professional team, you will manage and mentor a small team of Building Surveyors, as well as external consultants, in the delivery of key projects to ensure that our buildings are maintained to a high quality and remain fit for purpose for staff, residents and members of the public alike.
