Job Details
A leading multi-disciplinary practice has recently appointed Beach Baker to recruit a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within their busy South Gloucestershire / Bristol office.
An experienced, Chartered Project Manager, ideally with experience of Education Sector projects up to £20M value is required to join a busy Project Management team working on projects for a range of mainly public sector clients, from programmes of work in Courts from £100K to £2M to larger value individual projects in a Prison or for a College, University or Local Authority.
The role will require the ability and confidence to lead projects from inception through Feasibility Study stage to tendering, on site and handover then post-completion phases. You will be working independently but with support from a junior project manager on larger projects as required and overall guidance from the Project Management Team Leader and office Partner.
To be considered for the role you must have a minimum for four years' experience delivering projects, ideally in the Education sector up to the value of £20m. It will also be an advantage to have Chartered status (RICS/RIBA/MCIOB or equivalent) although this is not essential.
