Job Details
MRICS Building Surveyor is required for 6 month temporary contract, for a lovely independent west end practice, who have been established for over a 100 years.
Most of their instructions come from generations of repeat business, typically from landed estates, family offices and wealthy individuals who own large property portfolio's of all asset classes, though a residential bias.
Due to an impending retirement coming up, they are in need of assistance to help with this business transition during this busy period - initially for 6 months, possibly longer.
The work will mainly be contract admin orientated, with surveys, fire assessments, a little dilapidation's and party wall (should you wish but this is largely already covered!).
Ideally an immediate start and candidates, so long as MRICS will be considered of all levels and amounts of PQE experience, ideally private practise.
