Residential Valuation Surveyor - Birmingham

Our client is a leading provider in the residential surveying sector. Due to expansion, they are recruiting residential valuation surveyors to be a part of their team acrossBirmingham and the surrounding postcodes.

You will be carrying out mortgage valuations and homebuyer reports.

Although Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is desirable; our client will also accept applications from Registered Valuers, or those with relevant experience. 

This is a superb opportunity to join an exciting and ambitious organisation. Salaries will range based on experience, but expect to achieve a basic salary of up to £50,000 plus bonus.
