Job Details

We are a practice that is expanding rapidly and urgently require the following.

We require a Building Surveyor MRICS or AssocRICS to carry out RICS residential building surveys.

We also carry out party wall, project management, contract admin and supervision so the work can be varied and we are just taking on a portfolio of expert witness work.

You must be able to work on your own and complete the survey accurately and professionally in less than half a day as typically there are a minimum of two surveys a day.

Home-based working and flexible hours are encouraged and come with a package of benefits.

Full admin back up is available and the latest iPad style software is used.

All equipment is is provided as is a car allowance.

We would be happy to hear from newly qualified surveyors with the right can-do attitude or experienced surveyors looking for something different.

The salary is by negotiation and is dependent on experience and qualifications.
