Valuation Surveyor MRICS;

An award-winning commercial firm is seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join either their Central or East London office. A position in the Valuations team has arisen for an experienced consultant undertake valuations on commercial and residential properties.

We're seeking someone who has strong career prospects as there is an opportunity to come in and lead this team. This firm has a career development programme in place to encourage promotion up to Partner Level.

You'll have CPO and secured lending experience; we're also seeking some who is commercially aware and can identify business development opportunities.

Successful Surveyor;

• MRICS 2 - 10 years PQE (Registered Valuer)
• Private practice background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client facing demeanour
