Senior Building Surveyor

(party wall focus)

A small yet expanding private practice based in North West London are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor proficient in carrying out party wall work to join their close-knit team.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will carry out a varied yet party wall focused role whilst working alongside a diverse client-base, predominantly focusing on the Greater London residential property market.

Ideal for a Senior Building Surveyor based in North London/Hertfordshire looking to carry out an interesting and extremely broad workload without the daily London commute.

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor

  • Experience working in a private practice/consultancy environment
  • MRICS or 5+ years' experience
  • Proficient in carrying out traditional building surveying and party wall work
  • MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised
