Salary details: Grade 9, £31,427 - £35,248

Contract Type: Open ended - Full time, 37 Hours per week

A host of new developments are being brought about through the innovative use of Council owned assets and this role presents an opportunity to make a real difference in how our communities develop. We are looking for motivated and experienced Surveyors to be part of a dedicated and enthusiastic team working hard towards developing our Strategic Asset Management Service. The role gives you responsibility for a varied and interesting caseload that will test your skills and experience. You will have an RICS accredited degree and a proven track record of handling a range of asset management based activities.
