Project Manager - Construction Consultancy

A well-established construction consultancy, specialising in residential and commercial projects, situated in Cheltenham, are seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding office.

The Project Manager

As the Project Manager, you will ideally have 3+ years Project Management experience and preferably have started your APC. You will have experience working on Residential and Commercial projects, as well as:

Requirements:

  • Client facing, well presented and articulate
  • Construction related degree and Construction Consultancy experience
  • Demonstrable track record in high end residential projects
  • Residential new build / real estate experience desirable
