Building Surveyor

An international, well respected consultancy located in Nottingham are seeking a Building Surveyor to join their highly-established, expanding team.

The successful Building Surveyor will be customer driven with a drive to provide clients with the best service possible ensuring that you understand the changing business needs.

As the successful Building Surveyor, you will be working primarily on project based work, within multiple different sectors including; commercial, blue light, healthcare and retail.

The Role of The Successful Building Surveyor will include;

  • Contract administration
  • Project management
  • Using and applying JCT and NEC contracts
  • Assisting senior building surveyors on large scale projects

The Successful Building Surveyor will have;

  • BSc or MSc in building surveying
  • 12+ months APC diary
  • Experience within a commercial building surveying consultancy
  • Excellent time management and commitment to getting the job done

In Return, The Successful Building Surveyor will receive;

  • £28,000 - £35,000
