Client Side Asset/Property Management - NQ or Senior Surveyor level

Client Side Property/Asset Manager £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits package

Based in Canary Wharf this privately owned Property Company is well regarded and going through a period of sustained investment into their industrial portfolio. Currently worth in excess of £500m the portfolio you will be managing is based throughout the South East and London and contains some additional mixed use and residential assets. 

We are looking to speak to experienced Property Managers, ideally with some industrial experience. You will be familiar with day to day commercial property management, lease management and service charges. Being MRICS qualified would be advantageous although experienced managers without the qualification will also be considered

This role will give a property manager some exposure to Asset Management and would be the perfect career step to further your career in this area
