Senior Project Manager - Healthcare

An award-winning property and construction consultancy, with offices throughout the UK are seeking an Senior Project Manager to head up an ongoing Healthcare project in South London.

The Role

The successful Senior Project Manager would be predominantly office based near Croydon but would also include regular travel to site in South London.

The successful Senior Project Manager will be managing the team to successfully deliver the key stages of projects to ensure that they are on time, to high quality and within the specified budget.

You will be responsible for the management and preparation of key stage reports and submit and present them in a timely manner.

You will identify problems and report on change control at an early stage.

The Senior Project Manager

As the Senior Project Manager you will ideally have a minimum of 5 years Project Management Experience preferably with MRICS or MAPM, or hold other relevant qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of Healthcare projects
  • Client facing and driven to succeed
  • Construction related degree and Construction Consultancy experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
  • Proven history of leading a team
