Job Details
Your new company
You will be working client side for a large organisation based in Derbyshire within their property team. Due to new projects they require an interim Quantity Surveyor to work on several projects.
Your new role
You will be working on extension and refurbishment projects.
You will be required to carry out estimating and cost planning, as well as general quantity surveying tasks including preparing bill of quantities.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor
Client side experience required
