A Housing Association based in Nottinghamshire currently have a Temporary Maintenance Manager job working within either planned or responsive works due to an increase in workload.
Your new role
You will be office based responsible for managing a team of up to 14 different trades and overseeing the work they deliver, ensuring everything is completed within deadlines and to the correct standard.
You will visit sites to inspect work and carry out performance management when necessary, responding to and resolving tenant complaints.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience managing a team and performance.
Knowledge of repairs and maintenance work, ideally within housing.
