They are working on a mixture of residential, mixed-use and commercial City Centre projects, some of which are high-profile, prime locations. They have a pipeline of several years that is secure, profitable and in need of attention from the Pre-Con Project Manager.

Your new role
You will join an established Development team, helping appraise sites, draw up costings, possible profit, bid documents, procurement routes, consultant appointment, contract administration and a supervisory PM role during the build.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have worked as a client side Project Manager, handling developments from the acquisition through to completion, and worked with consultants and employer's agents throughout. You will need to be MRICS Chartered, and have demonstrable experience of working on high quality projects of £10m+.
