Associate Building Surveyor

(Pathway to Directorship)

An industry-leading commercial property consultancy located in Birmingham are seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to assist in the development of their building consultancy team.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be working with the Senior Directors assisting them with the day to day leadership of team, whilst undertaking a variety of building surveying instructions including; dilapidations, technical due diligence, expert witness and project management.

The Successful Associate Building Surveyor will have;

  • MRICS
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Positive client-facing demeanour

  • £50,000 - £60,000
