Lettings Portfolio Manager @ North London Developer

RealRec are delighted to be working a great client side role for a highly regarded North London Developer who want an ambitious, organised, creative and hardworking Lettings Portfolio Manager to join their successful and expanding team, to help manage their extensive lettings portfolio.

Operating throughout London and the South East, our client are searching for a candidate with Estate Agency experience, who are looking to take their career to the next level. Our client currently has circa 200+ properties under management, with an impressive pipeline of over 150 properties due for completion over the next 12-24+ months.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the letting strategy and lettings of these properties and will be exposed to the other facets of the business. This is an opportunity to establish yourself as an integral part of a very exciting property company.

Requirements:

- 1+ year's relevant property experience
- Strong academic background
- Personable, smart and motivated
- Capable of developing a network of contacts both clients and agents
- The ability to efficiently manage your own workload with minimum supervision
- Also have the ability to be team player
- Full driving licence

Our client are offering a very competitive salary circa £22-25k depending on experience (but would consider more for the right person) plus a generous bonus structure and a company car/car allowance - Total OTE of £40,000+
