RealRec are delighted to be working with a boutique commercial property company based in Mayfair, who specialise in the acquisition (predominantly leasing) and disposal of commercial offices within central London and within the M25 .

Our client have been established for over 8 years, who have recently started to grow and who have the ambition to become a leading commercial property company. As such, we are looking for a Junior Commercial Agent to join their highly successful team and help shape the growth of this business.

Essential requirements:

- Good academic background, ideally degree educated

- Previous central london BD experience (fast paced/High energy)
- Ambitious and enthusiastic
- Entrepreneurial
- Are committed and have an eye for detail
- Excellent presentation and leadership skills
- Well-spoken and well presented
- Excel / computer experience
- Are personable and a strong team player

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their first role in commercial property, with the opportunity to learn from an experienced team.

Our client are offering a salary package of £20,000 to £22,000 + generous commission package.
