I am working with a consultancy that offers QS & PM services across various sectors within infrastructure and property. Our client covers commercial office and mixed-use for developers, major retailers and blue-chip firms, residential, rail and more.
Our client is searching for a Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor to add to the lean but growing team. You will have lots of autonomy over your work and be responsible for your own clients and projects. Our client is a close knit team and a family feel. My client is open to those from both consultancy and contractor background. You will work across a wide range of sector and project at any time so lot's of variety here.
The majority of the workload is UK based and our client is also involved in some international work too
