Building Surveyor

An innovative, multi-national consultancy located in Manchester are seeking a Building Surveyor to join their expanding and diverse team.

The successful Building Surveyor will primarily be undertaking project work; however, you would also be occasionally undertaking professional instructions.

As the successful Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for both supporting and acting as project lead on a variety of instructions covering a wide range of sectors.

The Role of The Successful Building Surveyor will include;

  • Contract administration
  • Project management
  • Feasibility studies
  • Party wall matters

The Successful Building Surveyor will have;

  • Ideally MRICS or working towards
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience working within a commercial practice
  • Full UK driving licence

In Return, The Successful Building Surveyor will receive;

  • £28,000 - £35,000
