Salary Guide: 42,000 - 50,000 + benefits

A fast growing, well-established Chartered Building Surveying Practice with a trusted reputation in the local area is looking for a Building Surveyor to join their team based in Hertfordshire.


Your new role
As a building surveyor you will be taking responsibility for party wall matters, dilapidations, defects diagnosis Project Management. The opportunity is a varied role and would allow the flexibility to work from home on occasions.You will be advising on the construction design and specification and managing projects across the education and residential sector.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate good knowledge of construction and have ample experience of party wall procedures. MRICS qualified candidates are desirable however if you have the relevant experience our client would be pleased to meet with you. You must have excellent communication skills, be technically minded and be able to hit the ground running.
