Rural and Agricultural Surveyor job for a Land Agent with leading rural property practice in Ilkley

Your new role
You will assist the Partner in the Rural division, with day to day estate management or private estates, agricultural tenancies and sporting and forestry. You will assist with maintenance, environmental management and subsidy schemes, as well as assisting with development and preparing plans, and providing strategic advice. You will work together to develop new business opportunities and deliver a high standard of service to clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be RICS qualified, with MRICS or FRICS status, and a CAAV qualification, and Registered Valuer status would be desirable but not essential. You will need to be able to demonstrate experience of portfolio management of estates in previous roles.
