Building Surveyor

An ambitious, independent multi-disciplinary property consultancy located in central Manchester are currently seeking a Building Surveyor to join their growing team.

The successful Building Surveyor will be able to work autonomously across a wide range of instructions including; technical due diligence, dilapidations, schedules of condition, project management and contract administration.

As the successful Building Surveyor, you will keen to develop and progress your carrer in a progressive and forward thinking consultancy that encourages you to achieve your goals.

The Successful Building Surveyor will have;

  • Ideally MRICS, or progressing towards the APC
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience in liaising with clients
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team

In Return, The Successful Building Surveyor will receive;

  • £35,000 - £45,000
