Your new company
You will work for a leading construction consultancy based in Nottingham. They operate as a multi disciplinary consultancy working with both project management and quantity surveying. They work with commercial, industrial, aviation and retail projects, and have proved success across the Midlands over a number of years.

Your new role
You will work as a Senior Quantity Surveyor working on a mixture of roles, including aviation projects. You will work on pre and post contracts, as well as contract administration. You will work with bills of quantities as well as cost plans.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, ideally in a client side/consultancy. You will have confidence in dealing with clients, and managing contractors and other consultants. This role is open to candidates who are MRICS qualified as well as candidates working towards their APC.
