ULL Property has embarked on a 5 year expansion and growth programme that will see it introduce various new services to the existing business. With ambitions to serve our clients throughout the lifecycle of a project we are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team in London.
We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction project management to help us grow the department which we expect will turn into a leadership position within the company - we are not seeking an employee to simply fulfil a role. A minimum 2 years London project experience is also essential. You will most likely be involved in the high-end residential and commercial markets and will be familiar in dealing with clients across a broad spectrum of projects. You must be RICS qualified and be able to demonstrate your understanding and experience of the role. You will be expected to get involved in new business activities and will be provided comprehensive training and mentoring in your role to help you be effective and confident within your post. You will be familiar and comfortable with project administration, leading project DTMs, issuing of reports and updates to clients, issuing of instructions to consultants and contractors, have knowledge of CDM regulations and comfortable with the RIBA stages of work and setting milestones against schedules.
Candidates must be fluent in written and oral English with a high level of experience preparing and issuing status reports and minutes to clients.
