Reporting directly into the Head of Service, the Corporate Asset Manager will be instrumental in the development of Asset Management strategy for the clients Commercial Portfolio. You will also work to facilitate valuation of the portfolio and the regeneration strategy, having a direct impact on the face of a historic town.

* Maximising income and investment value

* Valuation

* Landlord & Tenant matters

* Management of multidisciplinary Property teams

Profile

The successful candidate will be a confident, problem solver with a keen interest and experience in all aspects of Asset Management and the workings of local government. Must have an inquisitive nature and be able to remain adaptable to work through problems and achieve the end goal.

The ideal candidate will be a MRICS General Practice Surveyor with experience in Asset Management and valuation as well as strategy development.
