Client-side Project Manager

A superb opportunity for two project managers to join this client-side developer/end user on one of their largest schemes in Cambridge.

About the client; 

This master developer currently has circa 6 strategic sites under development which comprises of circa 25,000 homes, schools, commercial hubs and sport and public space. Their key target market is 100 miles radius from the M25 and have no intention of venturing into the London market.

About the role;

As a project manager, you will be working underneath a long serving senior project manager/project director to assist with delivery of over 1,000 homes and community space and amenities. You will have the chance to work on a live site but also get involved with pre-construction on future phases.

About you;

You will be a project manager currently with a consultancy, developer and/or house builder. Ideally, you will either come from a quantity surveying or project management background with a degree in a construction related field.
