Rural Chartered Surveyor

We are working with a highly reputable rural, commercial and residential property agency. This is a smaller firm with a brilliant reputation for working with a close-knit team. They have a network of offices throughout the Midlands as well as internationally and the position would be based in Huntingdon.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious MRICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor looking to further your career. They are looking to strengthen the team with a new ambitious Rural Surveyor who's ready to get stuck into to a diverse range of rural practice working with some of the best agricultural clients in the market.

The Role

Offering professional and technical advice to farms and estates
Undertake a range of work from farm business, stock taking, tenancies, undertaking commercial valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals
Valuing property and other assets, advise on legal issues
Good Practical knowledge of rural land management, residential property management, environmental issues and all rural surveying trends.
Working as part of a team and independently

The Candidate

MRICS qualification
FAAV is desirable but not essential
Innovation, enthusiasm and professional networking and client skills to thrive
Ability to problem solve
Capable of skilled negotiation
A great networker and credible in all matter concerning agricultural property
Previous experience in agricultural surveying/farm business consulting
