Property & Estates Surveyor on a 3 month fixed-term contract to a permanent post

You will be working for a large and growing organisation who are based in Essex.

Your new role
As a Property & Estates Surveyor you will be responsible for the delivery of a new estates infrastructure and projects that form a diverse programme as part of a multi-million pound portfolio over the next few years. You will manage all aspects of the property portfolio including liaising with valuers and landlords to achieve the best outcomes on lease issues, asset management for the organisation's buildings and provide expert estate advice when applicable. You will also lead negotiations for dilapidation's to carry out surveys when appropriate.
