Job Details
To assist in the strategic and operational management and development of the property assets; to Project Manage the development of new commercial assets, and to support the Head of Property with the provision of key planning and development advice and the management of external service providers.

Description
- Producing business cases/development briefs,
- Procuring and negotiating with investors,
- All relevant project management activities eg: budgeting, monitoring, reporting, board meetings etc
- Overseeing the development of new premises (delivered through or co-ordinated by the construction team)
- Liaising and co-ordinating with Business Development to ensure property is meeting objectives
- Evaluation of development plans, taking into consideration a range of legal, social, financial and environmental factors
Profile
- RICS Qualified (Chartered Surveyor / Development Surveyor / MRICS)
- Track record of commercial development, property management and lease/finance negotiations
