Head of Estates

A leading client side organisation with a significant portfolio of assets based across the Midlands are seeking to add a Head of Estates to their operation in Worcestershire. The business manages a wide range of property and has an opportunity for an experienced property manager to join the property team. Having grown significantly over the last 5 years, this is a unique opportunity to join a forward thinking and ambitious organisation.

The role itself will lead in the management of the portfolio, whilst leading a team of surveyors to ensure key KPI’s are met, providing clear leadership. You will assist the property director to develop and implement estates management and asset management strategies to ensure maximum benefit is derived from the portfolio. You will oversee negotiation of leases, terms of lettings, repairs and maintenance and all aspects of Landlord/Tenant relationships.

To be considered, you will need to be an experienced property professional an a member of MRICS. Ideally you will have experience of managing a small team and working remotely.
