Senior Building Surveyor

Your new company
A leading global property and construction consultancy who have provided award-winning projects around the world since the Nineteenth Century. Working on a variety of different projects, from high-end Hotels and restaurants to hospitals and have played a key role in some of the UK's most prestigious projects, such as the London 2012 Olympics and Crossrail.

Your new role
You will join the Building Surveying team in the London office, working on a variety of projects from large scale refurbishments to one off professional services and Technical Due Diligence Instructions. You will work on exciting and diverse projects including private hospitals, theatre projects and working with key clients like the Met Police.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be MRICS/ MCIOB and have good experience managing projects in public and private sector projects. It would also be a benefit to have experience working in a similar private sector consultancy and be interested in growing your own business and working directly with key clients.
