Your new role
You will join the award winning subsidence team, working from home you will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of commercial and domestic subsidence claims. You will handle these claims from start to finish, dealing with diagnosis, mitigation and repairs.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential:
- You will possess an appropriate building qualification
- Have a detailed knowledge of structural defects affecting buildings
- Good knowledge of repair techniques to damaged buildings and their drainage.
- A full UK Driving License
Desirable:
- MRICS/ MCIOB
- Experience of insurance claims handling
- Dealing with subsidence
- Good knowledge of CDM/ Party wall
What you'll get in return
