Residential Valuation Surveyor - Work From Home!
One of the UKs leading residential valuation and property service providers is hiring, seeking a qualified Residential Valuation Surveyor in role based from home, covering a laser focused patch of postal codes to suit your residence.
To be considered, you will need to hold recent residential red book valuation experience and be legible for VRS status in accordance with RICS.
My client employs close to 75 PAYE Valuers and has the volume of work required to stretch to 100 by the end of 2019.
Undertaking valuations for the majority of UK mortgage lenders, they are supported by market leading systems and technology which they collaboratively extend to smaller service providers to offer unrivalled service levels throughout the UK.
Your role will see you take ownership of a postal patch that suits you, covering Mortgage Valuations and Homebuyers Reports at an average of 5.5 points per day.

Experience with both Mortgage Valuations and Homebuyers reports highly desirable although we will consider those with recent red book residential valuation experience and VRS (or VRS legible), looking to be trained for a homebased role.
