A well established, medium sized Property Consultancy is expanding, seeking a qualified Valuation Surveyor to join their London Mixed-Use Valuation Team.
Founded back in the 1860's, this ever-evolving Consultancy boasts a strong history and a fantastic reputation. As a business, they employ around 120 members of staff and have established a national presence with offices in London, Liverpool and Manchester.
The position offers the opportunity to be a part of their Valuation Team who sit on all the major lending panels. Your associated responsibilities role will span from inspecting properties, providing valuation advice, producing reports for secured lending purposes, generating business and maintaining a strong network of clients.
Your role will see you advising on all types of investment properties, working closely alongside the trading team on pubs, restaurants and other leisure based assets in addition to office, high profile residential and industrial units.

Please note that we are looking for a qualified valuer (MRICS) from recently qualified level through to 18 months post qualified. That said my client will consider applicants with more experience.
