Building Surveyor

Our client a national Property Consultancy with offices through out the UK are currently looking for a Building Surveyor to join their team based in Leeds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional building surveying and maintenance consultancy related services and undertake projects in accordance with RICS Standards.

As a Building Surveyor you will have a variety of daily tasks such as - Site surveys in relation to condition/building surveying, prepare specification drawings and carry out risk assessments for improvement, refurbishment and new building schemes. Providing Technical and professional guidance to clients, colleagues and stakeholders.

They are are looking for a Building Surveyor from a strong, varied construction backround as the teams work in a wide range of sectors including - Housing, Education, Commercial, Heritage/Conservation and Leisure.

Skills/Experience:

• Be Degree qualified ideally a BSc Building Surveying
• Ideally be working towards your APC
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the Building Regulations and other construction and building surveying related legislation
