Valuation Surveyor - Commercial

Joshua Robert are recruiting on behalf of a multi – discipline, nationwide property consultancy who are recruiting for a Chartered Valuations Surveyor to deliver professional valuations on a range of commercial properties across the South West.

The role will be based from the businesses office in Bristol and will see you take on valuations work on behalf of a variety of private and institutional clients for development schemes, secured lending, taxation, accounting and trust purposes, you will maximise the fee revenue within your client portfolio and be given the autonomy to secure further business opportunities on behalf of the company, there is also scope to get involved in other areas such as Landlord & Tenant matters and business rates.

As such, our client is seeking an MRICS Commercial Valuations Surveyor who has experience carrying out Valuations on a variety of commercial assets.
