My client is a privately-owned Investment Management business, specialising in Commercial and Residential Real Estate and Management. They currently have a requirement for a professional and dynamic Regional Facilities Manager to join their Commercial Team. The successful applicant will work alongside Management Surveyors within the team, whilst reporting into the Commercial Director.

The business is a highly established family-run business which has an excellent reputation. They also benefit from incredible financial stability, this coupled with their strategic business acumen allows the company to experience year on year growth and to continually strengthen their portfolio.

You will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of Commercial properties nationwide. A select few of the properties in the portfolio require regular site visits and the main component of the role is office based.

Your duties will include:

  • Regular site visits
  • Drafting of service charge budgets
  • Tenant liaison and relationship management
  • Management of contractors across the portfolio
  • Management of Health & Safety

You will need to have experience in these elements of the role and be IOSH/NEBOSH certified.

You will experience a close-knit family feel, and you will be working closely with a team of 3 to 4 individuals. You will also benefit from a very varied role due to the diverse portfolio, therefore, no two days will be the same. This is an excellent opportunity to move into a client-side role, within a highly respected, well established Investment Management business.
