Job Details
A top national housebuilder and developer are looking to bring in a new team member to join their growing Planning team. The company have an exceptional reputation in large residential and have work flying through the door. The planning team are keen to find someone to join them who is ready to take on a challenge to learn quickly but have the support around them that they will need in this dynamic role.
Requirements
- RTPI accredited degree
- One year's experience minimum
- Working towards RTPI APC
- Strong knowledge of UK Planning system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full and clean driving license
My client is keen for someone to join as soon as possible and interview in the next couple of weeks.
The role will be suited to someone who can learn on the job, is confident once given a task and relevant guidance and will need to be a trusted pair of hands as things progress as you will be running your own small projects and assisting on larger ones within a short time-frame.
