Location:             Central London (W1)

Salary:                  £40,000 - £50,000 depending on years of experience

This Main Contractor work on a range of build projects with the commercial, leisure, retail, education, high-end residential, and hospitality sectors and complete new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs, generally worth between £1m - £50m.  They have a modern setup and utilise the latest technology and office space to create an excellent working environment.

About the role

They are currently looking for an Intermediate level M&E Quantity Surveyor who has Main Contractor background to work in the Building Services team on a diverse range of interesting projects.

 The role is to assist the company in the procurement, financial management and financial reporting of the following Building Services packages:

• Mechanical Services (incl Public Health, BMS)

• Electrical Services

• Life Safety Systems (Sprinklers, Fire Alarms, Smoke Ventilation)

• Electrical Services

• Audio Visual Installations

• Telecommunications and IT Installations

• Security, CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control

• Passenger and Goods Lifts, Dumb Waiters, Escalators and Travellators

Operating in conjunction with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and the Building Services Engineer responsible for particular Projects, the M&E Quantity Surveyor is responsible for assisting in the financial, Building and commercial compliance aspects of estimates, and tenders.
