Investment Surveyor

This client side organisation require an Investment Surveyor to join their London based team. Working closely with the Director, you will work towards achieving optimal returns from the assets by implementing capital investment schemes in line with agreed asset management strategies for the estate.

You will deliver an investment programme meeting the agreed rental income targets and investment returns for the portfolio. Provide expert professional and valuation support and work with the Asset Managers in gaining vacant possession where required. You will identify and develop opportunities with developers, investors and occupiers of adjoining property to leverage value from investment projects.
