A multi-disciplined, national construction and property consultancy located in Nottingham are currently seeking an Intermediate Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.

The successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will be primarily undertaking a variety of project work and occasional professional services for a variety of high profile clients.

As the successful Intermediate Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for liaising with both new and existing clients and building strong professional relationships.

The Role of The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will include;

• Contract administration
• Project management
• Defect diagnosis
• Design and specification writing

The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will have;

• Ideally MRICS, or sitting the APC in 2019
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Project focus with a proven history of running projects from inception to completion
• Full UK driving licence

In Return, The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will receive;

• £35,000 - £45,000
