Associate Quantity Surveyor - PQS/Consultancy - Liverpool

A global, iconic PQS/Consultancy provides a diverse range of construction consultancy services are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor at Associate Director level, they will also consider Senior Quantity Surveyors who have sufficient experience to take the next step in their career.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join this very exciting team, with a strong and diverse client base, multiple schemes secured for the future.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

  • Build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members
  • Lead the team effectively (where appropriate) within the context of delivering a specific commission
  • General line management responsibilities
  • Ensure business development opportunities with existing and new clients, including cross- selling opportunities, are identified and acted upon
  • Identifying opportunities to improve cost management procedures, templates and products
  • Managing Junior QS Team
  • Client facing role
  • Project lead
  • JCT & NEC3 Contracts

Associate Quantity Surveyor Requirements

  • RICS accredited degree
  • 5 Years PQE Quantity Surveying experience
  • Articulate and ambitious
  • MRICS
  • Proven experience within Quantity Surveying or Cost/Commercial Management
