Intermediate Building Surveyor

A nationally recognised, multi-disciplined construction and property consultancy located in Newcastle upon Tyne are currently seeking an Intermediate Building Surveyor to join their experienced team.

The successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will be responsible for delivering the full variety of building surveying instructions for a number of prestigious public and private sector clients.

As the successful Intermediate Building Surveyor, you will be working both on your own initative and collaboratively within vibrant multi-discipline teams from the inception to completion of instructions.

The Role of The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will include;

  • Project management
  • Contract administration
  • Technical due diligence
  • Defect analysis

The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will have;

  • Ideally MRICS or sitting APC in 2019
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including AutoCAD, Word and Excel
  • Proven history of liaising with clients

In Return, The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will receive;

  • £28,000 - £38,000
  • 24 days annual leave
